a madman races through the streets of Paris ...

In One of my ALL TIME favourite videos, documentary film maker Claude Lelouch filmed himself as he RACED his Mercedes-Benz 450sel 6.9  through the streets of Paris. Titled C'était un rendez-vous,  and released for a public viewing in 1976, Lelouch was arrested upon the film's release, and you'll see why...

I love the birds around 8 minutes...

the man behind the wheel is MAD, & oh what a fabulous dress on a beautiful girl waiting for him at the FINISH LINE...lucky duck . .  .   .  
oh, and the sounds in the film are not his lil' Benzo, Lelouch dubbed the sound effects of a Ferrari 275GTB over the purrr of his own engine :)
